Standard Delivery
All deliveries are tracked and you will be sent an email confirming dispatch and tracking number. Unfortunately we cannot provide delivery slots but you will be able to track your delivery on the relevant carriers website. Orders for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands are subject to a small surcharge and service is 2-3 days.
Free Next day delivery is dependent upon location, weather conditions and traffic restrictions. Deliveries are 5 days per week, Monday to Friday and will be deliveried next working day where possible.
Deliveries - General
Please note that we do not accept website orders for customers located in the remote Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey. However go ahead and call us, we will be pleased to discuss your order and quote you delivery charges.
RETURNS
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within I4 days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.
If you are unhappy with your product or have changed your mind you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the product and receive a refund. We are happy for you to unpack the appliance to inspect it properly, but if you have used the product beyond inspection we may only be able to offer a partial refund or charge you for the reduction in value due to the fact that we may be unable to sell on the returned product. The refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product.
